With heavy hearts, the family of Lorna Mable Watkins, wife of the late Harold Watkins of Apohaqui, NB, announces her death, which occurred at the Sussex Health Center, on Thursday, December 17, 2015. She was born in Moncton, NB, on November 4, 1931, the daughter of the late John and Mabel (Northrup) Hall. Lorna will be sadly missed by her daughters Vicki and Tony Raymond of Searsville, NB, Mary and Reg Sears of Apohaqui, NB, and Lori and George Horton of Sicamous, BC; son John and Marie Watkins of Sussex, NB; ten grandchildren Joey, Jeremy, Erin, Matthew, Kennie, Katie, Kimberly, Tony, Jamie, Kyra and Brenaugh; step grandchildren: Bruce, Mike, Paula and Kim; many great grandchildren; brothers Robert and Josephine Hall and Glen and Peggy Hall; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was, predeceased by her sisters Edris Brace, Mona Chambers and Verlie Campbell. The family will receive visitors at Sherwood's Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506) 839-2156, 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, on Monday from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8pm. The funeral service, conducted by Rev. Tom Robinson will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 in Sherwood’s Chapel. Interment will take place in Riverbank Cemetery at a later date.
