It is with sadness the family of Murray Eugene Parlee, husband of the late Dorothy (Fawcett) Parlee, of Belleisle Creek, NB, announce his death which occurred at the Oromocto Public Hospital, on August 1, 2016. He was born on June 21, 1921, at Head of Millstream, NB, the son of the late William and Julia Parlee Murray is survived sons Rick and Terry Parlee, Stephen Parlee and Randy Parlee, all of Belleisle Creek; daughter Bonnie and Terry Muir of Belleisle Creek; grandchildren Chris Muir and Courtney Akerley, Jacob Parlee, Cody Parlee, Kyle Parlee and Alyssa Parlee; great grandchildren Maddy Muir and Levi Parlee; sister Theresa Fair of Head of Millstream; several nieces and nephews He was predeceased by his wife Dorothy; brothers Bill and Charlie; sisters Ida Mason, Francis Goggin and Mary Young; granddaughter Tara Muir. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, where visitation will be held from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 pm on Friday, August 5, 2016. Mass of Christian burial, celebrated by Father Dan Bastarache, will be held from Sacred Heart Church, Norton, at 11:00 am, on Saturday, August 6, 2016. Interment will take place in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Donations in memory of Murray may be made the memorial of the donor’s choice.
