It is with heavy hearts that the family of Fayanne Parent of Kiersteadville, NB, announces her passing which occurred on May 2, 2020 at her home. Born on November 20, 1939 in Windsor Ontario, she was the only daughter of Helen (Carr) and Archibald Gallienne. Fayanne is survived by her five daughters: Venus Gowan (Will), Diana Parent, Aurora Parent-Tittle (Damon), Maia Parent (Keith), and Athena Arbeau (Mark). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and special friend, Bob Smith. In addition to her parents, Fayanne is predeceased by her husband, Neil Parent. Fayanne was an avid gardener and seamstress. She enjoyed travelling to Florida every winter to be with her American and snowbird friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB. Due to the current situation, a private ceremony will be held at a later date. Memorial donations in memory of Fayanne may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
