Linda, I am very saddened to hear of the passing of your dear Mom. What a wonderful person she was. As one of her students in the business dept of Sussex High, I will always remember how she walked into our class with her infectious smile. She always had things to tell us and we all would laugh - of course it was always something not related to history. After the period was half over, she would say, " well we had better get to work, we're not getting much done today." She was absolutely a sweet heart and was loved by everyone. I know you are sad Linda, but you will have wonderful mememories of a special Mom. Take care and God bless and I know she will have everyone sharing a laugh in heaven.

I am saddened to hear of Mrs. Creighton's passing. Mrs. Creighton taught me in Grade 7 in 1985. She was a fun and caring teacher with the ability to mysteriously stop your hiccups by telling you that you didn't have them. This still boggles me today. Long after graduating, Mrs. Creighton would recognize her students and always went out of her way to smile and say hello. She has made a lasting impression on all who were blessed to have her as a teacher and friend.

Both Don and I have so many wonderful memories of your mom. My memories go back to school days when your mom was often a fill-in teacher and kept us entertained with her stories. Don, of course got to know her as a fellow teacher at the High School. We both got to know your mom better as a friend who was always positive and fun and it was a delight to see a new love develop between her and Hudson, and to see them both continue their lives together. We didn't see Chris much after their move to Quispamsis, but suspect everyone there heard her wonderful laugh often. Her love, and much of her personality will continue to live on through you Linda, especially since you also look so much like your momn! We know how close you two were and that her parting will be difficult for you. Just remember that every time to share laughter and friendship with others, some of your mom's personality and love will be shining on through you! Sending our love and sympathy hugs, until we can give real ones again.

Dear Linda I am soo sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I hadn't heard until I read your condolence for John Wanamaker. We have know each other for a lot of years, our paths do cross from time to time and I know you had a very special relationship with your Mom. You are a very special lady and I am sure if I had of gotten to know your Mom, I would have realized "the nut didn't fall from the tree!" as the old saying goes. Once again I do apologize for this late condolence but be assured it comes with a prayer for your comfort in years to come.
