I am saddened to read of Janet's passing. I know she has battled with kidney problems for many years. She and I and Heather Wallace (nee Little) go back a long way to our school days. Our birthdays were a year apart of each other and we spent many afternoons and weekends at Fred & Della's home on Montreal Avenue. We have kept in touch each year at Christmas at least.
