The death of Marion Elizabeth Quaid, age 80, of Cambridge-Narrows, NB, occurred at the Oromocto Public Hospital, Friday, July 22, 2011. She was born on April 13, 1931, in Kincaid, SK, the daughter of the late Wilfred and Margaret (Wilks) Quaid. Marion is survived by her son Kevin and Nadia DeSilva of Cambridge-Narrows; brothers John and Evelyn Quaid of Sarnia, ON and Kenneth and Jessie Quaid of Sarnia ON; sisters Helen Dickson of Goderich, ON, Anne Anderson of Ripley, ON and Mildred Montgomery and Bob Clarke of Listowel, ON; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister Mabel Westlake. Visitation will take place at Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156) 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 pm on Wednesday, July 27, 2011.
