The death of E. Josephine Coleman, age 80, wife of the late Carl C. Coleman, of Quispamsis, NB, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, September 14, 2011. She was born on May 20, 1931, in Belyea’s Cove, NB, the daughter of the late Miles and Myrtle (Brown) MacDonald. Jo is survived by her sons Garth and Susan Coleman and Jeffrey Coleman all of Quispamsis; daughters Joanne Coleman of St. Catherine’s. ON, Karen and Calvin Clark of Fort McMurray, AB, and Beth and John Jackson of Wickham; grandchildren Beth, Megan, Colin, Mark, Scott, Gregory, Peter, Johnny, Shawn and Justin; great grandchildren Brody, Chloe, Kyla, Shealyn, Carter and Eliott; sister-in-law Peggy MacDonald; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her sisters Florence Craft, Mildred Welch, Edith Gaudet, Ada Ducey, Hazel King, Marjorie Gray and Bernice Clark; brothers Alfred MacDonald and George MacDonald; and great granddaughter Erica Clark She is resting at Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, with visiting on Sunday from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 pm. A Celebration Service of Josephine’s life, will be held from Sherwood’s Chapel, at 11:00 am, on Monday, September 19, 2011. Interment will follow in the MacDonald’s Point Cemetery.
