It is with great sadness that the family announces the death of Sheila D. Greenslade, age 53, wife of the late Calvin Greenslade of Kars, NB, on Sunday, March 2, 2014. Born in Sussex, she was a daughter of the late Hugh and Isabelle (Corbett) Carson. She is survived by her daughter, Kristy Greenslade and Dwayne Ditcham of Stanbridge, Quebec; son, Keith Greenslade and Nicole St. Laurent of Grimshaw, Alberta; granddaughter, Kailee; brothers: Bill, Sterling and Cyrus Carson; sisters: Rosalind Crossman and Andrea Carson; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre, 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, E5T 1Z2, with visiting on Wednesday from 3-5 & 6-8pm. The funeral service will be held from Outreach Pentecostal Church at 11:00 am, on Thursday, March 6, 2014 with Rev. Charles Kennedy presiding. Interment will follow in Tennant’s Cove Cemetery.
