To The Edwards Family, I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of a very lovely and kind man. When Dave and his brother Jim used to come to my Dad and Mum's in Wickham to get their power saws fixed they had so many laughs and great memories together. I remember my brother and I used to hide when we saw them coming as we always knew that Dave especially was up to no good, but he would find us. Then the fun began as he would turn both of us upside down in a 50 gallon barrel and we could never get ourselves out so we would scream for all we were worth and then finally he would come take pitty on us and let us out of the barrel. (That was only one of the many tricks they would do to us). My Mum and Dad always enjoyed going for a drive to get the most delicious fish and chips, and always had a great chat with Dave and who ever was there to talk too. In fact I think I was the one that drove them up the last time they had them, on our usual Sunday drive somewhere. Extending my deepest sympathy , thoughts and prayer to all the family at this very sad time. Memories I am sure will always keep your heart and soul full of Love Fun and Laugher. I am sure my Dad is having a great up date from Dave on everything that has been going on as they join to met each other again. RIP Dave. You were a very special person to The Beers Family in Wickham and will always be remembered. Lois Beers- Gillespie.

Jen,Alice Lee, Jennifer David I am so sorry for your loss of a wonderful man. He was loved by all who had the honor of knowing him. I can remember fond memories and laughs with Dave as we chatted at the take out. You guys were his life and it was very evident that he loved you so much. Dad used to stop and just chat or go to Jim's and chat with he and Dave. My heart is broken for you all as it is very very hard to lose a Dad Husband and Father and grandfather. Jennifer and David he was so proud of you guys and loved you all so much. Remember the good times and the love from a very special man who loved his family so much. Jenny, Alice Lee and Family, We were heart broken when we heard of Dave's passing. We had been praying that the doctors were wrong. Tink has talked over the years of the great times that he had with Dave relating to hunting. He will cherish these memories forever. Dave, Rest in Peace My Good Friend.
