Phyllis, Lisa, Crystal, Bridget and Angela...Our deepest condolences on your loss. We were heartbroken to hear of Larry's passing. He was an amazing human being. We have fond memories of every visit to your farm. Larry welcomed us with open arms into your home with a huge smile and a friendly welcome. He was always sharing everything he had from the homemade jam and jellies to everything growing in his garden. He was one of a kind and a proud dad and grandad...he was always talking about his girls and grandkids. Unfortunately we haven't been up to see your dad since COVID hit but you were all always on our mind. If there is anything you need please reach out. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Loosing my Uncle Lawrence is like loosing part of my childhood. He is there in memories of summers at the cabin in Collina, my first ride in a convertible, first look at an impressive tattoo, and being introduced to a sweet giggly girl named Phyliss. Lawrence was fearless in life and always knew what was important. Despite the years and miles in between, he stayed in touch and only a few short years ago John and I had the privilege of taking him on his first drive through the Rocky Mountains and into the beautiful Okanagan Valley. He loved photographs and we exchanged many, he loved talking and we dared debate politics, religion, and life lessons. With his big heart he took an interest in and cared about our kids whom he met only a few times. We can easily say he was one of a kind, so very special to all of us, and we will miss him dearly.
