Obituary of Maxine Clement

It is with sadness that the family of Maxine Theresa Clement announce her passing which occurred on Sunday, March 5, 2023, at the Sussex Health Centre. She was born in Norton on January 12, 1946, a daughter of the late Joseph and Leona (Scott) McGinnis.

Maxine is survived by her daughter Jackie Clement (Jeff Cleghorn) of Norton, NB; sons: Keith (Corinne) Clement of Riverview, NB, Kevin (Susan) Clement of Sussex, NB; grandchildren: Courtney (Brennan) Campbell, Cody (Jennifer) Sipkema, Kyle (Chantal) Clement, Matthew Clement, Marcia Rodgers; step-grandchildren: Miles (Melissa) Cleghorn, Emily (River) Cleghorn, Shawn Cleghorn, Luc (Jenna) Sipkema; great-grandchildren: Cullen, Charlotte; siblings: her twin Eileen, Donna, Paul, Katherine, Walter, Joyce, Joan, Rosemary, Arthur, Carmel, Tony, Gerard, Veronica, Evelyn; several step great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. Maxine was predeceased by her infant grandson Colton; siblings: David, John “Jackie”, Ruth, Lois, Lorraine and Paulette.  

Arrangements have been entrusted to Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (839-2156) 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB and will be held privately.
