Dear Mary and family, I saw Joyce today and she told me of Irene's passing. I am so sorry for your great loss. A few years back, Irene saw me at the auction and knew right away who was my mom. I was surprised as I had not seen her in years. She certainly fought a long battle with dignity and maintained her sense of humor and love of life. Deepest condolences. Stephen and Rosemary

My beautiful friend is at rest. I will miss her so much. MS in our families brought us together, but it was our immediate friendship that kept us together. We bonded on all things that really matter in life, love of family, friends and laughter, oh and shopping! I will miss our weekly calls and Irene's guidance on helping me add more colour to my wardrobe! LOL. I am so very sad for Irene's family. Please know that she will always be in my heart, until I see her beautiful smile again.

Mrs. Gray, Donna and the family of Irene. Words are not enough to express my deepest sympathy for all of you. I will greatly miss the personal connection I had with Irene. The picture of Irene and her bright smile, thick hair and beautiful complexion brought back memories of the many lunches and shopping sprees we had while she was in Halifax. There seems to be a great void in my personal life and I will miss the many conversations and laughs we had over her daily "inspirational" messages after she moved to Saint John. Donna, I know for a fact she enjoyed your almost, daily visits. You are a great sister and you should always be proud of the love you shared. Weekends were special to her as she looked forward to having someone visit her. Rest in peace my special friend. Your suffering is over and now you can "Fly". I will never forget you.
